What is the collection cost?
Collection from our physical store is free.
When can I receive it?
The shipping time of the order is immediate from the day of the order. The collection takes place from Monday to Saturday. The hours of receipt are the opening hours of the store.
How will I be informed about the receipt of my order?
Once your order is ready you will be informed via SMS and e-mail about its receipt. Your order will remain in the store for 5 working days.

What is the collection cost?
Greece → All orders over 150 € have Free Shipping! Orders with a value of less than €149 cost €3.99.
Cyprus → Shipping is €6.99 for all orders, regardless of value, and delivery by Speedex.
In how many days will I receive it?
The shipping time of your order is usually 1 - 3 working days from the moment of registration while you have the option to choose a special delivery time! Shipments to remote / inaccessible areas of Greece will have a surcharge of 1-2 days extra. In any case, we will inform you with a personal message (sms/email) about the progress of your order. Speedex is responsible for shipments to Greece and Cyprus. Average shipment is less than 2 working days.
Can I track my order?
You can easily do so, with the order code that we will send you with a personal message (sms/email) as soon as your package leaves, to follow the progress of your order from your computer or mobile phone!
Door to Door (areas within Attica)
We introduce you to our new door to door delivery service through Speedex where you usually receive within 24-48 hours! If you are in Attica, put the postal code in the relevant field and select "Door to Door Delivery". Speedex will bring the order to your place in the period of your choice! At the same time, you can watch live the course of the parcel to you, to contact the courier partner who has undertaken your delivery and to pay by card during the delivery of your order!

In case of shipment outside Greece where the package of the order exceeds the weight of 2.5kgr / volume 5lt (or a box larger than 30cmX25cmX15cm is used) then you will be informed about the extra shipping costs via email and the extra payment will be made through a bank account or credit card. The order outside Greece (outside Cyprus) can be completed only by contact by email or phone and if you agree with the total amount of shipping then payment instructions will be given. If you disagree with the total amount of shipping the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to your card / bank account.
For countries outside the European Union there may be additional costs (taxes, duties, etc.) according to the legal status of each country. Contact your local competent body for the place of delivery of the order to inform you of the additional costs that may arise during the delivery of the order. If you do not receive the order (abroad) and due to high customs clearance / repatriation costs it cannot be returned to us, your money can not be refunded. Ordering outside of the European Union can only be completed by email or phone and if you agree with the total amount of shipping then payment instructions will be given.
