FREE RETURNS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At G.Padadogamvros EE you have 15 days after your purchase to return the product completely FREE.
RETURN FROM YOUR LOCATION / RETURN TO 250+ COURIER POINTS
- Fill in the return-form that you received with your purchase. The product must be in excellent condition, so we recommend that you do not remove any label or sticker during the test. If you want to order another product, select the "return coupon". If you want to choose a different size, then select the "other size" by filling in the new size next to it. Finally, if you want your money back, then select "refund".
RETURN FORM: Return Form - Fill in the return address on the package: KYRIAZI 9, KIFISSIA, 14562. The return is made with Speedex (consignee charge).
- Then visit or call the nearest Speedex of your city to receive your package completely FREE (it concerns packages over 150 € and only for the first time).
- In case you chose a return coupon, the coupon code will be sent to you by email and / or SMS as soon as we receive your parcel. To redeem it, enter it in the special field in the last step of your new order. Do not forget to press "redemption".
Returns to socks are not accepted when the package is opened.
RETURN TO THE KIFISSIA STORE
You arrive at the store in Kifissia with the purchase document (receipt). Choose the new product you want, which will have equal or greater value than the product you will return.
If you want a refund voucher or refund, contact the cashier (refund to the cashier is only possible if you have paid at our physical store or bank corporate account).
MONEY RETURN
When we receive the product & your request is approved you will receive a relevant SMS / email. Within the next 2 working days we will inform you with a new SMS / email for the completion of the process by us. In case the payment was made by cash on delivery or deposit in our bank account, the funds will already be in your bank account when you receive the new SMS. If the payment was made by debit / credit card you will be able to get a return voucher to redeem it in another purchase within 6 months.
Shipping and cash on delivery costs are non-refundable.
