Speedex will come to your place free of charge within the next 48 hours to receive your parcel together with the receipt and the return form (concerns parcels over 150 € and only for the first time). You will be informed by email and sms about your return code so you can easily track it.

3. RETURN TO 250+ COURIER POINTS

a. Fill in the form and place it in the box together with the products in the package to return them to us, while they should be in their original condition.

4. RETURN TO THE KIFISSIA STORE

a. Come to the store in Kifissia (9 Kyriazi Steet), with the product you want to return and the purchase document (receipt), while the products should be in their original condition. You can find the store here (KYRIAZI 9, KIFISIA)

b. Select the new product you want to buy.

c. You are ready to make your return to the checkout, paying any price difference.

If you want to make a new purchase at another time, ask for a credit voucher.

At G.Padadogamvros Shoes you have 15 days after your purchase to return the product completely FREE.

RETURN FROM YOUR LOCATION / RETURN TO 250+ COURIER POINTS

1. Fill in the return-form that you received with your purchase. The product must be in excellent condition, so we recommend that you do not remove any label or sticker during the test. If you want to order another product, select the "return coupon". If you want to choose a different size, then select the "other size" by filling in the new size next to it. Finally, if you want your money back, then select "refund".

2. Fill in the return address on the package: KYRIAZI 9, KIFISSIA, 14562. The return is made with Speedex (consignee charge).

3. Then visit or call the nearest Speedex of your city to receive your package completely FREE (it concerns packages over 150 € and only for the first time).

4. In case you chose a return coupon, the coupon code will be sent to you by email and / or SMS as soon as we receive your parcel. To redeem it, enter it in the special field in the last step of your new order. Do not forget to press "redemption".

Returns to socks are not accepted when the package is opened.

RETURN TO THE KIFISSIA STORE

You arrive at the store in Kifissia with the purchase document (receipt). Choose the new product you want, which will have equal or greater value than the product you will return.

MONEY RETURN

When we receive the product & your request is approved you will receive a relevant SMS / email. Within the next 2 working days we will inform you with a new SMS / email for the completion of the process by us. In case the payment was made by cash on delivery or deposit in our bank account, the funds will already be in your bank account when you receive the new SMS. If the payment was made by debit / credit card you will be able to get a return voucher to redeem it in another purchase within 6 months.

Shipping and cash on delivery costs are non-refundable.

When can I receive it?

The shipping time of the order is immediate from the day of the order. The collection takes place from Monday to Saturday. The hours of receipt are the opening hours of the store.

Order Tracking

In case of shipment outside Greece where the package of the order exceeds the weight of 2.5kgr / volume 5lt (or a box larger than 30cmX25cmX15cm is used) then you will be informed about the extra shipping costs via email and the extra payment will be made through a bank account or credit card. The order outside Greece (outside Cyprus) can be completed only by contact by email or phone and if you agree with the total amount of shipping then payment instructions will be given. If you disagree with the total amount of shipping the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to your card / bank account.

For countries outside the European Union there may be additional costs (taxes, duties, etc.) according to the legal status of each country. The cost of cash on delivery for orders up to € 149 is €2.40. Orders from € 150 to €499 are free. Payments can be made in cash or by credit card at Speedex delivery. For orders over €500 the amount must be prepaid with one of the other payment methods. COD is acceptable only for Greece.

Debit or Credit with the highest security

You can pay with Master Card, Visa and Visa Electron credit cards. G. PAPADOGAMVROS EE has entered into an agreement with the largest banking organization in Greece, such as EFG Eurobank for the use of their systems, thus maintaining the highest possible level of security. DEFECTIVE product

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, you have the right to return the product you purchased and replace it with another product up to the price you paid or at an additional price if you wish within 14 calendar days of receipt.

PRODUCT CHANGE

In case you want to change the product that has been sent to you, you must contact the store to indicate the new product that you want to be sent to you. Then, when the transport clerk delivers the new product to you, you return the product you want to change to the transport clerk at the same time. We point out that the costs are paid by the customer and specifically amount to 5 euros, if they are deposited in one of the Bank accounts listed above, while if the customer pays the costs to the transport employee is charged an additional cost of cash on delivery in the amount of 2 euros, ie in total in the amount of 7 euros. If the change concerns the purchase of a product from 150.00 and above, the change for one time only is free.
